How to get started with Spriggy Schools

  1. Download the app

    From the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Sign up

    Sign up with your name and email.

  3. Add your child, school and class

    Add each child the same way.

  4. Start ordering

    Order ahead for all your children in one cart.

Add allergies and dietary needs once, and the canteen sees them with each order.

Pay by card, not cash

Top up from your card with no top-up fees. There's no cash to forget on the way to school.

Order when it suits you

Order from your phone whenever you like, and change an order up to the canteen's cut-off time.

Common questions

When do orders close?

You can edit an order up until the canteen's cut-off time on the date of the order.

Some items may have an earlier cut-off time i.e. 10pm the night before (this is at the canteen's/merchant's discretion and the item is greyed out in the app when the item can no longer be cancelled or ordered).

An order is missing. Who do I contact?

Should your order with us be missed or if there is a problem on the canteen's end, your child can go up to the canteen and let them know and they will provide your child with lunch.

While this really shouldn't happen, if it ever were the case that your child does not get their lunch, we encourage you to get in touch with us immediately so that we can provide the canteen's missing order policy. You can contact us via in-app chat.

How much can I top up?

Top up options are $10, $20, $30 & $40 or enter a custom amount with a minimum $10 top up.

Please note that Spriggy Schools does not charge transaction fees for top-ups to your account. However, please note that some banks charge a cash advance fee for credit card top ups.

How do I withdraw my balance?

You can close your account with us at any time via our Member Help Team. Once your account has been closed you will be refunded all remaining funds from your Spriggy Schools Parent wallet. This will take 3-5 business days to reach your account.
