Spriggy Schools - Merchant Fees November Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

Spriggy Schools merchant fees November promotional offer ("Offer") is available from 1 November 2023 until 15 December 2023 ("Offer Period"). By referencing this promotion when contacting Spriggy Schools, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").

To be eligible for the Offer, you must: (i) be a new customer (this means you must not currently have, nor previously have had, an agreement or other arrangement for use of the Spriggy Schools ordering platform); (ii) reference this promotion when contacting Spriggy Schools to request a demo of the Spriggy Schools ordering platform; and (iii) enter into a signed agreement with Spriggy Schools for access to and use of the Spriggy Schools ordering platform in respect of one or more facilities in Australia (fees, terms and conditions apply) ("Facility Provider Agreement"), during the Offer Period ("Eligibility Criteria").

If you meet the Eligibility Criteria, you may elect to receive one of the following rewards ("Offer Reward"): (a) a fee credit applied to the merchant fees payable by you under the Facility Provider Agreement; or (b) a sign-on reward (cash payment), which will be distributed a minimum of three (3) months after you have achieved 100 orders on the Spriggy Schools ordering platform.

By referencing this promotion, you consent to Spriggy Schools handling your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy which you can access at spriggyschools.com.au/terms.

Spriggy Schools may at its sole discretion, acting reasonably, refuse to pay or cancel an Offer Reward without notice. The reasons for such refusal or cancellation may include, but are not limited to if: (a) Spriggy Schools reasonably believes that you are acting in a fraudulent or illegal way; (b) Spriggy Schools reasonably believes that you have threatened the security of Spriggy Schools; (c) Spriggy Schools reasonably believes that your conduct is in breach of these Terms or terms of the applicable Facility Provider Agreement; or (d) your Spriggy Schools merchant account has been suspended or cancelled.

All of Spriggy Schools' decisions about your participation in the Offer and eligibility for any Offer Reward, and the amount of any Offer Reward, are final and binding. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer (unless Spriggy Schools agrees otherwise). Spriggy Schools reserves the absolute right to suspend, change, cancel or withdraw the Offer or these Terms (including the conditions or incentive of the offer) at any time without notice. To avoid doubt, the Offer will be honoured if you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria prior to any such modification or termination of the Offer unless there was a violation of these Terms.
